The pocket soil thermometer's convenient T shape allows the temperature read out to be seen whilst still in the ground. It features a pointed stainless steel probe and is supplied with a probe cover incorporating a pocket clip.

 

The readable temperature range is -49.9º to +149.9ºC and is switchable between ºC and ºF. The thermometer automatically switches off after 10 minutes and the supplied battery has a lifetime of 5,000 hours.
